Let's start with a free discovery call — it's a real conversation, no pressure, just a chance to figure out if we're the right fit and what kind of support would actually help you.

 

Book a one-time Say What? session if you have a specific situation you need strategized — a hard conversation you've been avoiding, a relationship that keeps going sideways, something you need to say but can't find the words for.  We'll come up with a plan in 60 minutes.​

 

A six-session Unanxious package would be just right for managing anxiety:  six focused sessions that give you ways to settle that feeling in your body, rethink the beliefs that feed the anxiety, and empower you to communicate your needs and boundaries around your own priorities.
