Services

Coach Kate McCann offers individual coaching sessions, communication coaching, and group programs supporting women navigating menopause, burnout, and life transitions. All services are provided via telehealth only. Coaching is not therapy — please see the Disclaimer for full details.

Bookings

Sessions are booked through the online booking system on this website. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with session details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $100 late cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund due.

No-shows without notice will be charged the full session fee.

To request a refund or reschedule, please contact kate@puresolutions.biz. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Payment is due at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed on the website.
