Understanding what's going on in your body and brain is the first step to not being run by it. ​ Session 2: Put the fire out Anxiety is a physical sensation before it's a thought. This session gives you immediate, concrete tools to settle your nervous system so you can actually think straight. You'll leave with something that works. ​ Session 3: What your brain is telling you that isn't true We look at the thoughts that are feeding the anxiety — the ones that sound completely reasonable but are working against you. You'll learn how to identify them, question them, and replace them with something that actually holds up. Session 4: Say what you need Assertive communication skills for real situations — what to say, how to say it, and how to know you've been heard. No scripts that sound like someone else. Words that sound like you. Session 5: What works for you, in your actual life Not a wellness routine. Not more things to feel guilty about skipping. A realistic, personal plan for keeping the anxiety manageable — built around your real schedule and your real life. Session 6: How's it going We take stock. What's working, what needs adjusting, where you want to go from here. You leave with a clear picture of how far you've come and what's next.
